This project involves constructing a captivating three-storey family home in Sevenoaks, Kent. The site already had planning permission, but the original design overlooked its unique characteristics, resulting in dark and uninviting spaces. To address this, we took a fresh approach, carefully considering the site's conditions. By optimizing the orientation and slope, we created a design that maximizes natural light and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding green spaces. The goal is to transform the site into a stunning family home that celebrates its natural surroundings and provides a welcoming, functional space for the homeowners.
