Developed in collaboration with Studio Anyo. This MMC pre-fab volumetric student pod was originally designed as part of a student resi building. The 15 sqm ensuite pod is designed with the modern student in mind, providing a convenient and comfortable living space that maximizes functionality.
The pod is organized into three areas: a spacious living area, a cosy rest area, and a clean and modern bathroom. The entrance area features ample storage space for your personal belongings, making it easy to keep your living space tidy and organized.
The interior design is minimal and modern, with coloured finishes and plenty of natural light to create a bright and inviting and joyful atmosphere. Whether the student is studying for exams or simply relaxing after a long day, this pod provides everything you need to feel at home.
