A Modern Twist on Classic Design, it's a project featuring the refurbishment and extension of a stunning Victorian house situated on Hamilton Terrace. The design incorporates the use of warm, natural timber for the interior, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. The floors are finished in polished concrete, adding a contemporary edge to the space.
I have extended the property to include a basement with a luxurious swimming pool overlooking a tranquil courtyard with a pond, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rear extension is organized as an open-plan living and kitchen area, finished with elegant marble surfaces, perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with family. The goal is to seamlessly blend the old with the new, creating a space that is both functional and beautiful.
